Objective
Secure space, assemble fixtures, merchandise to new
range of planograms, and provide staff training on new
product range followed by regular follow up calls to
ensure planogram compliance and effective stock
management with the goal of increasing space for
category as sales grow.

Process
Programme of merchandising support and staff training. The objective was to maintain planogram compliance, ensure full stock levels and encourage staff to learn the category and maintain the fixtures between visits. Conduct stock counts on fixture and stock room, liaise with stock controllers and HQ to ensure optimum and accurate stock levels. Detailed report and analysis allows for review of effective merchandising. Regular assessment of sales by store grade to increase space in stores showing buoyant sales.
